Return Policy
At Cinura Enterprise, we strive to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and are packed with care.

Please note:

We follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy once an order has been placed and shipped.

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or excess quantity ordered.

Exceptions

A replacement will only be considered in the following rare situations:

– Damaged or defective product received

For such cases:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear photos and an unboxing video are required as proof.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

If approved, a replacement will be arranged.
The Replaced product will be delivered within 5 to 6 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placement by contacting us.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds will be approved only as per Cancellation Policy

Refunds, if applicable will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
